Why Are Mormon Fathers So Fat?

This is a spin off of a similar Thread: Why Are Mormon Mom's So Fat? In the Mormon Church they preach heavily on all the do nots: no alcohol, drugs, smoking, and so forth but what about the do's? Its hard to tell people to eat right when you have activities with lots and lots of baked cookies, cakes and what not. Could Mormons perhaps take a chapter from the Seven Day Adventists or Buddhist Monks more vegetarian lifestyle? As a natural vegan (I do not eat processed food of any kind) I can tell you that you ARE what you eat. As a father of three boys on the Autism Spectrum I made a definite determination to eat well in order to cope, if I did not I think I would have disappeared into a dark hole a lot sooner.

Fat Fathers Mormon Why

Mormon fathers are fat and have health issue, for the same reason as the women, mothers, they don't live the Word of Wisdom; the members could learn more about how to live the Word of Wisdom, by watching Dr Oz, and reading or watching the works of Dr Mark Hyman. He teachings seem to be about the same as what the Holy Ghost has shown me; there are others I have listened too, but Hyman seems the most exact.

I guess one must address the Spiritual nature of the both sexes, if they were more spirally developed, they would eat better, the Spirit changes how we see, hear, think and yes eat. From what I have observed, the saints the Church has entered a realm of Spiritual darkness and apostasy; as a whole, but not necessarily individually.
