Taylor Swift is young, successful, popular, female, and liberal. Exactly the sort of person some Republicans say they like to "Trigger". Yet it seems they are the ones triggered by her.

She commands a large following and they are afraid of her influence but I think those who do worry have nothing to worry about. She is a big music star not a politician so her ability to sway voters who are dead set on some political ideal wouldn't change that just because Swift said so.
