Toughness [General] Feat In Dungeons & Dragons

Have you used the unique Toughness [General] Feat for your Dungeons & Dragons Character? If so, what are your thoughts about the pros and cons of selecting this Feat over other Feats.

general Toughness

For me this is one of the most awesome feats to have. When I created a rouge in Kittenpunk's game I stacked up with this because I felt I would need the extra hit points.
