Severn Bridge Half Marathon

The photo was taken during this year’s Severn Bridge Half Marathon. Good time achieved despite it being hilly, wet and windy!

Nice to have a fellow runner. I have never entered a marathon but try to make about 15 miles each week at around 5 miles every other day during week days. It is a good way to relieve chronic stress.

That’s good consistency JB.

I try to enter a few events every year to make sure I keep training but it sounds like you put in significantly more hours than me (They said I do other stuff to make up for it!).

On that day I averaged just over seven and a half minute miles which, given the conditions, I was happy with.

No, I have never entered any events I just do it to relieve stress.
