US military strike targets ISIS-K planner in apparent drone attack, Pentagon says. This is the first American attack on the terrorist group after the deadly bomb attack in Kabul. "U.S. Military forces conducted an over-the-horizon counterterrorism operation today against an ISIS-K planner," Navy Capt. Bill Urban, a Central Command spokesman, said in a statement. "Initial indications are that we killed the target. We know of no civilian casualties." Ref. USAToday.

I was watching the IsisK video of them training and from what I saw on CNN they're all teenage boys. No wonder they can train them all to blow themselves up because they are easy to brainwash.
