Does this guild give you the actual ability to create the potions already available, create new ones or both?

I did not wait for this guild to be created before choosing the two I did so I cannot say for sure but it would seem like if you are an alchemist but cannot create a potion that wouldn't be cool.

I am definitely looking at this class when I get to Anglesey, whenever that will be. I like the ability to create my own potions as needed.

I'm curious if a class like this could have a significant impact on survival. Must be costly to develop potions or even study to be an alchemist.
