Planned Parenthood Behind Philippines Two-Child Policy Proposal
Planned Parenthood has never been an outspoken opponent of the one-child policy in China, which includes forced abortions and other human rights abuses. Perhaps that explains why it is apparently pushing a similar two-child policy in the Philippines.

Abortion is illegal in our country since we are predominantly Roman Catholic. That's why we have a population control problem. Even artificial means of family planning is not allowed by the church.
