I still say everyone is searching in the wrong area. Everyone is convinced it went south and east into the vast Indian ocean what about north and east and landing at a remote Pakistan strip where it may be used in the future. I do not buy into the ocean crash as something would have turned up by now.

Debris found in the Indian Ocean appears to be part of a Boeing 777, the type of airliner flown by Malaysia Airlines that disappeared in 2014, according to a source close to the investigation.

The source said there is a unique element to the Boeing 777's flaperon, a wing component, that observers believe they are seeing in photos.

The debris was found Wednesday off the coast of Reunion Island, a French department in the western Indian Ocean. Ref. CNN

MH17 crash investigators name four suspects facing prosecution. Four people will face prosecution over the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, five years after the plane crashed in eastern Ukraine killing 298 people, international investigators said Wednesday. Ref. CNN

The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) said it would issue national and international arrest warrants Wednesday for the four suspects. Three Russians, Igor Girkin, Sergey Dubinskiy and Oleg Pulatov, were named, along with Ukrainian Leonid Kharchenko.
