What Is A Frunk?

Electric cars offer quirky new storage spaces. Rivian, Tesla, Jaguar and other electric cars often offer a new form of storage space called a "Frunk." It's a trunk under the hood. Source 9l.

Frunk Is What

I guess that's a quite interesting way to store things. I do want to know the safety aspects of it though in case of accidents and not to mention thieves who will figure out how to break in the frunk of an electric car in the future.
