What are the statistics on Racial diversity in Guadeloupe? For instance, how many are White, Black, Mixed, etc.
Do Racist acts in Guadeloupe go unnoticed, are encouraged or become the subject of heated debate? What is being done to promote tolerance?

It is rumored that Guadeloupe is no different from any other Caribbean country - which has a lot of racism due to history of slavery involving the Europeans and Africans. At the same time though, there are those who say the locals are actually very welcoming and generous, but I'm pretty sure there's more to both cases.
