There is a test where you can find out exactly the percentage of whatever ethnicity you have (I cannot recall the name). It was a surprise to many in Brazil where a lot of blond with blue eyes were shown to have more African heritage than European.

There was a segment on the Doctors that featured the famous triplets (Blonde women) who decided to do a popular DNA test. Turns out that even though they are identical one of the three has slightly different results which means the test isn't that accurate.
