What would happen if you put aviation fuel into a regular automobile and drive?
Jet fuel in a diesel car will experience additional wear and tear, and have to deal with a higher incidence of lead deposits, but it should work all right.
Jet fuel in a gasoline car probably won't start, and if it does, it won't be running for long.
AVgas is intended for low RPM high torque engines. It is simply too heavy for your typical car engine to combust properly.
It is a bit like trying to start a fire with just an oak log and a lighter. The thing will never ignite.
