In every airport, I see multiple kiosks of shoe-shine vendors, and they usually have customers. Lots of business people who want shiny shoes as they leave to business meetings.

Shoeshine Airport

At my airport there has been no shoe shine person for many years. I do not believe they will even hire another to come in and offer that service.
