This is so wrong. Now the rapist gets to see his son and remind the woman who was abducted tortured and raped of his presence every time he comes to get the child. Talk about her having to relive the trauma she went through with this guy now she has to see him over and over again.

Initially it was like that but the judge overturned the ruling. If it wasn't that way this would have been abuse by the court as far as I'm concerned!
