Limit Speed Columbia District
The District is a small and highly urbanized area. As such, the top speed is 55 mph. On secondary roads that drops to 50 mph. In the city proper, streets are posted with speed limits of anywhere fro. 10 mph to 35 mph. Traffic is obscene during the morning rush hour and evening rush hour, so one rarely attains those speeds during the rush.
