Uzbekistan is one of the countries that we used early on to help move troops and supplies into Afghanistan. I have the please of going through here once and I can tell you they are a third world country. Their electric is what you'd expect of a third world nation. It would just go off intermittently. It's a 220 V country… when you can get it.
