Some people do not have a will because when they are young they feel that nothing bad is ever going to happen to them. Normally people do not start thinking of a will until they are 30 or above and have children so I think this would not have worked in this situation. Yes if it was written out in a will that would end all doubt but trying to get young people to write a will is very hard to do.
How about from the angle of the child.
Child: "Mom, where is dad?
Mom: "He died long before you were born."
Child: "So how did I get here?"
Mom: "We took sperm from his dead body"
Child: "So I'm the child of a zombie? A dead person?"
Stacia,
That is one take on it. But try this one.
Child: "Mom, where is dad?
Mom: "He died before you were born."
Child: "So how did I get here?"
Mom: "We took his sperm because we always wanted children, he always wanted a child, but we never had one. Then, when he died, to answer his one wish we used his sperm to create you, and in you I see his love."
Child: "So I'm a product of my dad's love… I like that. Thanks mom."
