Yes that is very sad to see a boy lose his mother as he is going through many surgeries to be able to be normal again. The fact that he was mauled by a neighbors dogs while playing in his grandmothers back yard show that some people need to have much better control of their dogs especially if they are vicious.

I feel that any one who trains their dogs to be vicious like this needs to carry hefty insurance policies to cover this type of possibilities. Dogs are meant to be with us and walk besides us not to be trained to attack someone else for no reason. How can a dog be happy if all it knows is to attack people?
