First place I would go would be the areas website if they have one. Otherwise I will pull up google maps and start looking at what is around the area. If everything looks promising then I will look into how far it is to drive with hotels and how much it would be to fly with a rental car and hotels. From that I would decide how much time I would want to take off and spend a nice time on a nice vacation.
