Wheel drops off plane in mid-air

A PLANE lost a wheel mid-flight on its way from Canada to London - and an airport worker says it's a miracle it landed safely. Ref. Source 3t.

Flight While Plane Drops Wheel

Losing one wheel will not cause many larger aircraft not to be able to land as they all have multiple wheels on them. It does make the other wheels hold more but most planes can land with a wheel missing. Your smaller planes are less able to land with a missing wheel. I am glad no one was injured by the flying tire.
