Tracking hazardous chemicals from fast-food wrappers in the body
Just one month after major research findings showed dangerous PFAS present in more than one-third of fast food packaging tested, researchers have created a new technique to track PFASs in the body. Ref. Source 8n.
Tracking the PFASs can be good to see just how much of it is being transferred to humans. I would hope that the fast food industry stops using these so that they do not cause more harm to humans than the fast food seems to do anyways. To know that they are in the wrappers of many of your fast food foods is enough to make one lean away from fast food too.
