Turning food waste into tires

Food waste can partially replace the petroleum-based filler that has been used in manufacturing tires for more than a century, scientists have discovered. In tests, rubber made with the new fillers exceeds industrial standards for performance, which may ultimately open up new applications for rubber. Ref. Source 9j.

Tires Waste Food Converting

If we can use food waste to help make out tires stronger and lost longer then that can be a good deal for everyone. I think this is a great way to also help eliminate more landfill space.
