Egg Creme Cadbury

I can't stand Cadbury Creme Eggs, they don't taste good and the consistency is just weird to me. However, my wife loves them and looks forward to them every year. She always has to buy one just to enjoy. I have tried them on numerous occasions (At her behest, of course) and don't get the big deal. The creme is weird (Though the chocolate shell is good). However they are a cheap treat and only available around Easter.
