Toddler found alone in rain with dog pack
The mother of a 2-year-old boy was arrested this week in Victorville after the toddler, who was wearing only a soiled diaper, was found alone in the rain surrounded by seven dogs. Police said the mom was sleeping and was not aware the boy was gone. Ref. Source 6e.
