Pool safety is not something to skip. Teach your kids when they are young that a pool of water is dangerous unless they have proper supervision. It is very easy to forget safety if it has not been ingrained into you at a young age. Many kids are killed by drowning each year by not following simple safety rules.

Do you think it was an "accident"? Whether it was or not, the kids should be removed from her because she obviously has some addiction issues that need treatment! Poor baby!
