What's in a name? In some cases, longer life
Black men with historically distinctive black names such as Elijah and Moses lived a year longer, on average, than other black men, according to new research examining 3 million death certificates from 1802 to 1970. Ref. Source 7f.
A name could make things easier for you or make you feel better about yourself thus making you less stressed and living longer. Its a snowball effect I guess I can't think of another way to rationalize how a name could make you live longer.
