You can do that, you already bought the land so select the property's building equivalent for each lot and make the purchase from the Contractor.

I purchased one mansion if I could put that in the middle of the two lots and level the other buildings? If that is possible.

Like I said, first you have to buy the equivalent of the buildings already there which is a: Large House and Medium House (1070 FP) - then that would have equaled the sale price of the two properties (With land 1170 FP) in this case. Once you confirm then I will adjust your FP and can put the Mansion for you. Do not attempt to buy the others on your own or it will lower your social and so forth that is calculated on purchase.

I have lots to do on this game, I need to port over the elements to the new system.
