Los Angeles prosecutors charged "Hot yoga" guru Bikram Choudhury with operating a yoga studio without a permit and other violations that could land the controversial instructor in jail.

This is a serious case of lack of safety on this Guru's part, not just for the building but in the actual practise of yoga. Working in those temperatures is inherently dangerous to everyone in the room. Not to mention that with more people, the temperature was actually much hotter as the 90 minute session continued on. For the sake of human safety, its a good thing he was arrested.

I took a look at the ABC videos with the interview prior and after. The guy is too full of himself. You can clearly see him swearing and using sexual explicit in his training and yet he denies it. The alleged victims did not act as they should so I have some reservations about what happened.
