A friend of mine recently learned how difficult it is to break up a long relationship. She knew the guy for awhile but after the last past couple of months he was becoming so aggressive towards her so she decided to quit. We both suspect that he might have gotten hooked on drugs although he never admitted it to her. She is heartbroken because she thought it would have grown to something more.
Being able to write thoughts down is a good stress reliever but it also enables you to step back and analyze what your thoughts are in the first place, you can't do this when you're just thinking or talking because it just passes by. Seeing it in front of you is different, you look at it and say, "I said that?".
Got a visit from an old friend yesterday. I was amazed at how different she looked and it wasn't positive. She put on a lot of weight, her hair wasn't combed and she had no makeup. She looked like hell to be blunt. I was a bit concerned and after talking about it for awhile she confessed having man troubles. She thought she was extending herself in order to please her man and still couldn't be sure if he wasn't cheating on her. We had a good talk about this because I didn't like how she was handling the situation. She left with a smile on her face but it may not last long.
