Dress Control?

What can be considered indecent exposure? If a woman dresses too 'sexy' should she be admitted into a kindergarten school to pick up her child? Who will judge if she is dressed 'too' sexy? One teacher complained that a certain mother would come in such revealing clothes that the boys in her kindergarten started to stare and get 'ideas'.

Control Dress

Revealing clothing is a part of our society these days and unfortunately, there is a thin line between revealing and indecent exposure. If the teacher felt that line had been crossed, she could certainly approach the parent about it or discuss with faculty members for reoccurrences of such behavior. Otherwise, unless there is 'indecent exposure' of certain body parts which are deemed 'unexposable', then it becomes a morality issue more than a legal issue.
