There are many ways to eat flour, and Trinis have several special ways, but which is your favorite: fried, baked, roasted or do you prefer boiled (in which case it is no longer 'bake')?

I like fried bakes, I like them soft and shaped in a way that I can easily cut and filled with eggs or cheese.

I think the best bake I have ever eaten would be from my father. He fries so well and the bake doesn't even taste oily! But when I am unable to eat my father's bake, I usually go by Natalie's next to Maracas Beach and have a lovely Bake and Shark. Although I also enjoy Coconut bake when it is cooked in the oven, I have to say that I love bake once it is freshly made. It can be fried or cooked in the oven.
