Comments: I feel depressed and lonely specially on a day like this. I have been living a life of abuse and decided to leave the relationships that were putting me down. I want to meet people but I am so afraid of entering another abusive relationship. Sometimes I feel to take my own life but I know I would not do that because I am too much of a coward.

2020 has been a difficult year hasn't it but here you are still strong and ready for something new. Don't give up, you will overcome… there are brighter days ahead. What always work to put us right is a good diet, exercise and getting out there and giving service to others. It also helps you to meet people who also like doing good.
