Many humans believe that a Criminal is only a Criminal, if he is caught. Is that what you believe. Answer the poll and place some of your thoughts and ideas.

Criminal Prosecuted

A criminal is anyone who comits a crime. Actually, I only include "real" crimes such as robbery, mugging, murder, rape, etc. Within most of Western Civilization right now, virtually everyone is a criminal in some way or another, according to law.

The other examples given in the poll, the policeman who turns a blind eye, the judge, etc, are all parts of a flawed system. The judge and the activist are two of the worst parts of the system, since they are consciously trying to damage the system and make it less safe for all involved.

Prosecuted Criminal History & Civil Business Politics

Sometimes I wonder about the person who inflicts enough abuse upon the individual to the point they have no choice, but to commit a crime to get by. Of course we can say that everyone still has a choice, but not so in uncivilized countries or even civilized for that matter.

Case in point the hard working man that barely makes ends meet in a small town. He has several children and tries his best. His employer seeks to discredit him to cut wages, so he gets fired, then when he looks for a job everyone turns him down based on the statements from his last employer. He watches his hungry children asking him for food. He appraoches some Churches, but they send him on his way and no one is giving any handouts to what they feel is a discredited man - so - now he turns to crime, not because he wants to, but he cannot see his children hungry.
