I think what we have to bear in mind, and indeed enforce, is the use of speech to incite hatred among others. This is where the problem where freedom of speech and racial, religious, gender etc hatred becomes a gray area and all to often the band-wagon of "Freedom of speech" is misquoted and misused to justify what is being said by basically terrorist organisations, in one form or another.
There is a difference between hate speech and terrorist Speech. If an organization is actively inciting violence rhen it should be shut down. If they are spewing hatred without encouraging violence then it should be allowed as ugly as it is. In the US at least it is constitutionally protected speech.
