Hard as Nails
To teach teens about the pain of sin, Justin Fatica, the 29-year-old founder of the Catholic ministry Hard as Nails lets them hit him -- with a folding chair. In youth retreats he leads around the country, Fatica uses methods that put the power of Christ in your face. It's not the typical way the Church teaches its faith and Fatica, who, as a lay preacher, is not ordained and is not directly connected to the church, has generated some controversy. His ministry is the subject of a new HBO documentary by David Holbrooke called "Hard as Nails," which showcases Fatica's ability to connect with young people -- as well as the methods that have raised concern.
