I hope we find this guy, send a team of well trained operators to capture him, bring him here for justice, find him guilty of cyber crimes and sentence him to about 350 years. Then, we should take all of his money by the same cyber means he used, send him to a maximum security prison, and put him a cell with a con named Bubba.

This guy is small potatoes. It's claimed he caused more than $100 million in financial losses in the US, but that's nothing compared to George Soros - a man that's caused entire nation's financial losses. If Bogachev actually is guilty, he should definitely be held accountable. I don't think causing an international crisis by sending operators after him and violating the sovereignty of another nation is the way to do it though.
