I saw on CNN the clip where DMX is before the judge and curses him because the judge denied him bail. The judge told him that it was not the first time he heard the F word before and that it did not help his character any.

I saw some mug shots of DMX and he looks visibly older and wrecked. I'm not into his music or him but he does seem to be in trouble with the law a lot since his acting career took off.
