Ronnie is a monster though, what's even more frightening is what these guys look like in the off season when they get their bulk back. Honestly I would never, ever want to get that big. My largest was a cut 230 lbs, and I was constantly clipping walls and bumping into things like a bull in a china shop and I wasn't even near the size of these guys. They are genetically blessed to be able to support the weight.
Jason. All that supplement stuff is just paid endorsements. I agree that some extra supplements is needed for a high end workout, but don't fall for the pros talk about this or that giving you big muscles. Besides Ronnie is not going to tell you all his secrets.

I was watching an unrelated documentary and was surprised to learn that Ronnie Coleman had multiple back surgeries and cannot walk due to the years of immense strain he put on his back. After power lifting all that weight I can imagine it is a torture for him to be wheel chair bound.
