A couple of days ago, my mother-in-law was in a car accident. It seems she had stopped at a red light, behind another car, when someone rammed into the back of her car. She was hit so hard that not only was her car totaled, but so was the car in front of her.
It took the rescue squad over an hour to get her out of the car, but she was very luck, coming out of it with only a broken leg and a sprained wrist. She is having some bad headaches, so she might have whiplash. She is going to see another doctor tomorrow.
Other than that, life has been fairly relaxed lately.
Snow, snow, SNOW!
It was great the first day. I shoveled the walk and the driveway. Then the stupid snowplow placed a huge pile right in front of the driveway. It took me an hour to clear it.
Two days later, we got another 4 inches of snow. The same thing happened.
A few days later, 8 inches! It took me almost half a day to get it all cleared that time.
I think I am going to get a Bobcat next week. Not even a snowblower will work on this stuff.
