In the Bible, there were the Twelve Tribes of Israel; Gods people were commanded to marry within their own tribe. In the modern Church, we still believe in the Twelve Tribes, yet, as far as I know, the Church doesn't require its members to marry inside their own tribe or be married to someone that is part of the Twelve Tribes.
As far as interracial marriages are concerned, the Church never had a policy that said not to have an interracial marriage.
