Zealot Tells The Story Of Jesus The Man Not The Messiah
Book Reviews
Religious scholar Reza Aslan found that he was much more interested in studying Jesus as a human being than as the figure he learned about in church. His new book, Zealot, chronicles Jesus' life and times and explains how the historical context shaped Jesus and the perception of him.

Laura Green, a journalist from Fox News did an interview with the author of this book. I must admit that as a Christian myself, I was shocked at the way she handled the interview, she was basically attacking him and didn't seem like she even read the book. The guy in question has a Phd. In Religion and Lauren Green asked him why a Muslim would write a book about the founder of Christianity. When the author tried to explain that he has a Phd. In Religion, Green seem unsatisfied and even accused him of hiding the fact that he was a Muslim when in page 2 of his book, he states that he is a Muslim (Not to mention that he is a known Muslim author). His wife and mother in law and brothers are all Christians. You can watch the interview here: Source 7
