Comments: A lot of members complain that the forget password link does not work for them and they do not get the Email. How can this be fixed?

Most times the problem is that the Email they signed up with is rejecting mail from SMF / your mail server so they never receive it. To verify, you can go to the mail server logs (If you have access to them) and check to see if the mail was sent properly and if was accepted by the user's server.
