Gay or not to be gay? - Page 5

QUOTE
Lol, sorry.  It didn't seem that harsh in my mind.   The point it is to prove is that if that happens they will eventually die off becasue they won't be able to reproduce.  Know what i mean?  I didn't mean for it to be that mean, sorry smile.gif

If you still don't get what i mean post and i will try and explain...try...

The point I was trying to make is that they would not all die off just because they couldn't reproduce.  Gay people were born of "straight" parents.  The answer isn't to isolate them that is for sure, in my opinion.  Anyway, back to the topic.

Do you think it is wrong for a gay person to hold a religious calling?  What if they are not actually committing any "gay" acts, but simply know that they are attracted to the same sex?  If they are living their life in accordance with the gospel, why should they not be allowed to serve?  When have they committed the sin?  In my opinion they have done nothing wrong until they actually give in to their feelings towards same gender people.

Also, I don't believe it is a fact that their are no animals other than humans that are involved in same sex senarios.  I believe I have heard exactly the opposite, but I can't quote from where and I also can't vouch for it's accuracy.  However, since most other animals only have sex to recreate and don't actually have long term loving relationships with the "partner," I am not sure we can look to nature as an example either.  We, as humans, have been created totally with a different purpose than other animals and live our lives very differently.
