Water Never Freezes

Water that never freezes. Can water reach minus 263 degrees Celsius without turning into ice? Yes it can, say researchers, if it is confined in nanometer-scale lipid channels. Source 3j.

What an interesting research, I always thought through basic science water will turn into ice through freezing temperatures. However with a type of lipids (Fat molecules) they were able to accomplish this and force the water to be in liquid form even at near absolute zero! Once they are finished understanding this discovery maybe there will be much better cooling technologies available in the future.
