Is Running in China popular? What China Tracks are available that Runners can use to practice Running? Is the sport developed or unknown? Even if it is not done locally, who are the most well known China Runners?
Does China have any well known marathons or races?

There are quite the number of marathoners in China, usually for "Being fit" purposes. A lot of these runners go over rivers, ravines, hills, mountains, etc. Some of them start right at the traditional cultural buildings then end by the next one. There are also competitions for athletic runners as some inspire to even join the Olympics at some point.
