You can argue this back and forth a lot and still not come to a good conclusion. The fact that technology has been making some leaps and bounds I am not sure it is totally alien tech that we are receiving. I think humans have a very good mind to figure things out and make new better products. I think if there are aliens here studying us they are watching as we strive to be a space faring race. If we can turn our technology away from killing each others I think we can reach the stars and then if they are here they will make their selves known.

This is the kind of thing that David Icke and others like him want to push - we are not alone plus they are already here living among us. I don't know how I feel about this. I can imagine a very advanced civilization could monitor us but lizardmen, nah?
