I think a lot of people are happy that he has been killed because it brings closure to their pain from losing loved ones in some of the terrorist attacks that Bin Laden had people carry out on western societies.

I think it is a natural reaction for people to celebrate his death. Does it show a enlightened view or reaction, no probably not.

However when a monster like him is brought down joy and even celebration is an appropriate reaction I think.
