Mormons In West Indies

Hello! I am a new member of the forum. I am French and I am in an English "maîtrise", that is to say I'm in my fourth year at a university in Bordeaux . I am doing a study about the Mormon implantation in West Indies and I need some informations to complete it because it is very difficult for me to find any information about this.
So if someone could reply to my questiions to help me, it would be very kind of you.
Can you tell me when Mormons decided to come in West Indies? By which island did they begin? Where are they located? Is there some places where Mormons knew or are knowing problems for them to settle and why? Are the Mormon missions successful with the inhabitants or are the latter reluctant?How many people actually are Mormons? How many people were Mormons when the missions settled there?
All that you can tell me about the Mormon missions in West Indies is important and helpful to me and I thank you a lot for paying attention and giving me responses to my message.
