Last Sunday I met the couple that oversaw this project. I was made to understand that they once lived in Grenada where the Sister was a principal over an international school, so they were very familiar with the country. I like the fact that the Church is always so quick to help so many around the world.

JAMAICA - A large aircraft from Salt Lake City arrived yesterday in
Jamaica with some 3,000 boxes of food and thousands of emergency supplies
to be distributed to persons affected by Hurricane Ivan. The shipment,
which includes plastic sheeting, soap, bottled water, powdered milk, baby
cereal, tarpaulins, hygiene kits, and ropes, is a joint effort between The
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Seventh-day Adventist
