Missionary Beaten Up By Masked Men At Apartment
Thank God he is fine and continue serving his mission. There are so many crazy folks out there.

| PHOENIX - A missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints said he was attacked at his own home this weekend -- in the early morning hours by two masked men, CBS-TV affiliate KPHO reported Sunday. The missionary, who lives with a companion in the Phoenix suburb of Mesa, told authorities that he heard tapping on his apartment window at about 4:00 a.m. Saturday. When he did not see anyone on his front patio, the missionary claims that he walked around the apartment in search of the tapping's source. The missionary claims that when he returned to the front door, he was punched in the face by a man dressed in dark clothing and wearing a ski-type mask. It was only during the assault, the missionary told police, that he realized that there were two attackers. The missionary, who was not identified, told authorities that one assailant shouted an obscenity and made reference to his Mormon affiliation.... |
